Dedication of the Dulaney Valley Bridge

On the 9th anniversary of CPL. Christopher Coffland's death in Afghanistan, family and friends gathered to celebrate the dedication of the Loch Raven Bridge in his memory.
His memory lives on in the Catch A Lift Fund and in all of the lives this organization is changing.
