Newborn + Family Sessions = Happy Hearts

Our Fall season started with this amazing family's newborn session. My family and I met Heather and Eddie through my cousin and her husband, Patrick, about two years ago. We go to the same church as Heather and Eddie, and have had the privilege of watching their family grow week by week, month by month, etc. When Heather asked me to photograph the upcoming birth of their second baby, I was giddy. Their three year old daughter, Ava, is precious, and I was so excited to capture this time in their lives.

Heather and Eddie are awesome...laid back, fun, "real" and natural people, and I've truly been looking forward to getting the news that their little one had arrived (luckily Baby Julia decided to come to the party earlier than expected). Ava is the best big sister, so gentle, loving and adorable, and Ed & Heather are just rockstars, as always. I kind of didn't want to leave. Is that bad ;-)?

Heather and Eddie, thank you so much for trusting me with your photos and this time in your lives. I absolutely loved hanging out with all of you, and getting to meet Baby Julia. I hope you love to sneak peek ❤️!
